Fairmont Pittsburgh is excited to share that the hotel is working on a new restaurant concept, replacing its second-floor restaurant, Habitat, coming this September! Leading its culinary direction is the newest member of the Fairmont Pittsburgh team, Jean-Paul Lourdes, Executive Chef, Restaurants. Habitat’s last day of operation will be Sunday, June 4. During this time, we will be serving breakfast, lunch and dinner in Andys. Additionally, specialty coffees, housemade pastries and grab-and-go breakfast items will be available at Andys Coffee Bar in the lobby.
